- structure
- pacing
- thematic elements
- character development (yes even for memoir)
- introduction and conclusion
- sentence structure and grammar (evaluation)
- Comments throughout your manuscript as well as a 2-3 page analysis of your work including what works and where it could improve
- a plan with suggested steps for moving forward
